FAQ's

What kind of magnets do you use? How strong are the magnets?

We use the strongest commercially available rare earth magnets. They’re powerful enough to hold your needle securely in place without slipping, even on thicker fabric.

Will the magnets damage my project?

Our magnets are very strong, but they are safe for use with needlepoint canvases, cross-stitch fabric, and embroidery cloths. However, due to their strength, please handle with care to avoid pinched fingers or snapped magnets. Always slide magnets apart rather than pulling them directly.  Forcefully snapping the magnets together may cause them to crack.

Are the magnets safe to use around electronics or medical devices?

Rare earth magnets can interfere with pacemakers and other medical devices and should not be used near them. Also, keep magnets away from phones, tablets and credit cards.

How often do you restock?

Restocking may be every 2-3 weeks depending on production time and demand. Popular designs may sell out quickly, so follow us on Instagram and TikTok, or sign up for restock alerts!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept return or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on location.

One of my magnets broke— what do I do?

We urge you to read the handling instructions printed on the back of every package. Please slide the magnets to avoid allowing them to snap together. Magnets can crack if dropped or snapped together too forcefully. Unfortunately, we can’t offer replacements for damage due to handling.

How do I clean my needle minder?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water or chemical cleaners, as they can damage the surface or weaken the adhesive.

 Do You Sell Wholesale?

Due to an overwhelming interest, wholesale accounts are currently limited to established brick-and-mortar needlepoint stores. I hope to expand availability in the near future. For more information, please send an email to info@gostitchstudio.com
